@ProjectConstitu defamation pattern: one in five dataset items flagged.

Most are not opinion. They are factual claims — verifiable in form, defamatory in substance, broadcast to 284,424 followers and amplified by hundreds of millions of engagements. Here is what the record looks like.

Between September 2025 and April 2026, the X account @ProjectConstitu grew from roughly 100,000 followers to 284,424 — a 184% gain in twelve months. Across 1,541 posts and replies, 321 items were flagged for potentially defamatory content, including 292 original posts and 29 direct replies. The pattern is not subtle. The account does not argue that Erika Kirk has been a poor steward of her late husband's organization. It states, repeatedly and across multiple categories, that she conspired in his murder, scheduled underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, runs a CIA front, and had her credentials fabricated.

Each of those is a factual assertion about a private individual. Each is presented to the audience as established truth. And on at least one occasion — the wiretap, dated 14 March 2026 — the author publicly admitted he had identified the wrong person on a recording he claimed to have "verified." The retraction reached roughly 5% of the audience that saw the original. This site is what's left when you stop scrolling and read the record cold.

Read the curve. LunarCrush shows the account at roughly 100,000 followers a year earlier and about 150,000 the day Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Then it exploded. The 48-hour window of 5–6 October 2025 generated 30.4 million engagements account-wide, led by TPUSA-conspiracy posts about the assassination — that's where the audience came from. The campaign pivoted to attacking Erika Kirk personally over the following months, peaking on 14 March 2026 with the wiretap claim (15.4M engagements account-wide; 11.7M on the false tweet itself). At its peak global influencer rank — 2,796 on 28 November 2025 — the account ranked in the top fraction of a percent of all X creators on Earth that day. Defamation per se reaches further when the publisher has a quarter-million followers and a four-digit global influence rank.

The false Erika Kirk wiretap claim.

On 14 March 2026, @ProjectConstitu published the most viral defamatory claim about Erika Kirk in the entire dataset — 11.7 million engagements on a single tweet, 15.4 million across the day. Three steps. Three timestamps. The author refuted himself — quietly, hours later — but the false claim is the one that lived.

TPUSA is consistently labeled a "syndicate" and a "criminal enterprise." Specific executives — by name — are accused of cover-ups, of fabricating alibis, of trafficking children, of defrauding elderly donors through the mail. The seven highest-engagement posts in this section all originated in the post-assassination 8-week window of September–October 2025, when the audience tripled.

The late-April record shows a cluster that is easy to understate if the report only shows the most viral posts. By then, the account was no longer just alleging a conspiracy around one event.
